World Cup 2018: Morocco announce preliminary 26-man squad


Morocco have announced their 26-man preliminary squad for the 2018 World Cup.

Head Coach Herve Renard has picked Wolverhampton Wanderers star Romain Saiss, along with several other ex-Premier League players, including Karim El Ahmadi and Nordin Amrabat.

The group must be whittled down to 23 by June 4, with the tournament starting on June 14.

Midfielders: M’bark Boussoufa (Al Jazira, UAE), Karim El Ahmadi (Feyenoord, Netherlands), Youssef Ait Bennasser (Caen, France), Sofyan Amrabat (Feyenoord, Netherlands), Younes Belhanda (Galatasaray, Turkey), Faycal Fajr (Getafe, Spain), Amine Harit (Schalke, Germany);
